Anya Hindmarch Washbag

Suffer no more with diaper bags that kill any style you have with its attempt to be cutsie. There are some acceptable diaper bags out there, like the one by Anya Hindmarch ($305) that I have, but anything that resembles a diaper bag is no good for the Bag Snob mom in you. I got the canvas and patent trim Anya bag to use for the summer which worked out great for beach and outdoor activities. The multiple pockets are perfect for my sunglasses, wallet and magazines, while the drippy, messy baby stuff all goes inside. The bag comes with a "washbag" as she calls it, which is a large zipper pouch (12.5" X 9.5") for diapers, wipes and changing pad (included). It is big enough to fit everything I need except snacks, a jacket and blanket. That means, this bag became anya_diaperbag.jpgmy baby essentials bag and I ended up just grabbing this pouch and throwing it in any one of my large bags, turning them into perfect "diaper bags". I love this new system and have been super organized and diaper bag free ever since!! I have a canvas one with leather trim, which works perfectly, but there is a nylon with patent trim, and as you know is even friendlier for baby stuff. The online store is sold out of these but you can call the Anya Hindmarch store nearest you to see if they have any in stock. Regular price is $145 but if you can find one they are on sale for $102. I am sure they will have more for the new season but any large pouch like this will work just as well (the shape of the bag is important, it needs to be one large compartment with a gusset so it can fit more). It will change your life and preserve your oh-so-important style!
