I never got the hang of baby wearing, but I wish I did. Both of my kids were/have been in the 90% plus for height and weight since their first checkups. Lucky for me because I get to squeeze their cheeks and belly rolls, but boy can my arms get tired. Both my sister-in-laws are avid baby wearers. One recently had a second child and swears by her Hotslings. Of all that she has tried Baby Bjorn, Maya Wrap, etc., this is the best. She loves that the size is predetermined (i.e. no rings to adjust), folds easily into a diaper bag, and comes in a variety of stylish fabrics (Everyday fabrics - $44 or designer fabrics - $60).
