Top: Hibiscus Tank Dress, $40; See Kai Run London Trainers, $31
Bottom: Dragon Tee, $36; Knit Cupcakes, $34; Baby Moccasins, $30.

I'm sure like most moms I primarily shop online. Even if I have the time to go to the mall, it is impossible to shop and actually buy with 2 kids in tow. Someone is always hungry, needs to pee, is bored, is eating something she shouldn't, hot, cold, spilled something....you get the picture. One of my favorite sites for kids is Arte Bebe because they have everything I need other than what is at Whole Foods. Their fashion selection is beautiful, unique and ultimately chic! Arte Bebe has reciprocated the love with a Shopping Spree giveaway for our amazing Tot Snob readers. The rules are simple, choose up to $175 worth of merchandise from Arte Bebe and put the names of the merchandise in our comments. We will pick one winner at random and the winner will win everything that was listed. Amazing? Of course, how could it not be? Please be sure to include your email address so that we can contact you. The contest will run until this Friday, April 4th at 11:59 pm EST so make sure you fill up your Fantasy Shopping Cart by then!

As you can see from my personal selection, you can get a lot for $175. (Keep in mind, you get to pick your own prize, these are just what I would pick). I have included must haves for my tots as well as precious gifts for family and friends. You must check out the toys selection, they are keepsakes you can cherish for many generations, and they are good healthy toys that require active imagination instead of batteries. Make sure to sign up to their newsletter so you know when there is new stuff but more importantly, when their fantastic sales are!

Thank you Arte Bebe for sponsoring this fantastic giveaway! Have fun and start "shopping'!!

Pediped Flex

user-pic

As a woman who is obsessed with shoes, it only makes sense that I’m obsessed with my son’s shoes as well! My friend Amy is the same way, and she raves about Pediped shoes. Both her 2-year-old son and 3-month-old daughter wear them. We’re both excited about Pediped’s new Flex line with rubber soles. The company says Pediped Flex is “the next best thing to bare feet for children ages 2-5 years.” The shoes are adorable! The Demetri for boys is a stylish sneaker that can be worn with anything, and the Abigail for girls is an adorable Mary-Jane style with flower accents. There are many other cute styles available as well.

In addition to being stylish, Pediped shoes are great for growing feet. Flex zones provide flexibility (which we all know is crucial for toddlers!), and the unique Flex Fit system comes with an additional 2-mm insole to customize the shoe, so they fit for each child.

If you’ve never tried Pediped or you need to stock up, now is a great time to buy. You could win Pediped for a lifetime! Every purchase from the site until March 31, is an automatic entry in the contest or you can visit the website for a registration form. Every day one person will win a free pair, and on April 1, three grand-prize winners will be randomly selected from the daily winners to receive Pediped Flex for a lifetime!

Aprica for Fendi Stroller

user-pic

fendi.jpg

I have an Aprica stroller, a really cute orange one. I had to get it because I was on vacation, it is very lightweight and is great for tight small spaces and the subway. I really felt like I took a hit because it was about $500. I fret and fought with my husband over the Bugaboo and that was $800 for so much more function and features. This was our secondary stroller so I didn't really want to spend that much. Then I see this Fendi logo thing and I have to just laugh. My little second class stroller (which I actually use a lot) is all fancy with a designer behind it. Fancy yes, but not remotely cute or attractive. If you read Bag Snob, you will know how we detest logos and the Fendi double F is up there as one of the biggest offenders. I have seen the Burberry stroller but at least the plaid is acceptable and it is $695. Before I say how much this stroller is, let me just say that lightweight also means that it is quite rickety and entirely plastic - good for being light but not for being high quality. We already had it damaged by a luggage handler (the wheels snapped off) and it is not suitable for uneven floors, which means anything other than the mall. It will hit the smallest crack in the sidewalk and stop very very abruptly, jarring your poor little baby in there with it. So now that I've laid the foundation for what kind of stroller this is, you can fully appreciate the ridiculousness of the $1600 price tag!!! Aprica for Fendi Logo Stroller at eluxury.

Phillip Lim Petal Tea Dress

user-pic

3.1.jpg

I love Phillip Lim, for myself that is. So imagine how excited I am to shop Phillip Lim for my daughters? This Petal Front Tea Dress is really sweet and looks like kid's fashion but it isn't so spectacular that it warrants the $225 price tag. It is sheer with a lining so it isn't something that is comfortable for everyday, in fact, I don't think I could convince my daughter to put this on (she is into cotton T's these days). There are other styles that are super fashionable but they are not appropriate for kids and didn't even look that great on their adorable child model. Some things just aren't meant to be made in tiny sizes. And you thought anything teeny tiny would be cute, right? I am hoping the line will evolve and incorporate the things that matter to parents - comfort, ease and non-dry clean!

Baby Lulu Is Crazy Adorable!!

user-pic

babylulu_popart.jpgbabylulu_patio.jpg
Left: Ruffle jumper $59; Right: Lilli Top $43 and Capri Pant $52

I have been buying Baby Lulu since my first daughter was a little baby. Their stuff is so colorful, happy and like my title suggests, crazy adorable! And their prices are really reasonable so I get to look like I'm a total snob about not compromising on my kid's fashion without having to spend the big bucks. They are in comfortable cotton so you can wear these everyday to lounge, play and nap in. No need to suffer for fashion at such a young age! Everything comes in sets, that's how I buy everything because coordinated pieces looks the best, and is important if you want to avoid the hand me down look. Especially with bright colorful prints, you have to do the whole set. And it also makes things easy, I mean, who wants to go through drawers looking for pants that match at 6am? You usually don't find something and your cute top ends up looking less than spectacular with random clashing PJ bottoms. I am so happy the weather is nice now (I apologize to those who are still dealing with cold weather, southern California is more than happy to welcome you here) so I have been doing major summer shopping! I literally bought the entire line from Baby Lulu, I got matching prints for my 2 daughters (my older daughter loves that! and ok, I admit, I think it's totally sweet). I am going on 3 beach vacation this summer (Travel Horror Stories anyone?) so I am totally ready in the wardrobe department. The traveling part, let's just skip that part for now, I will stress about that when I need to stress about it. Go to Baby Lulu's website to find store locations that carry the line.

More looks after the jump.....

Traveling Horrors - Is this fun?

user-pic
airplane.jpg

We all have travel horror stories, mine is not as bad as some that I've heard because it only involves vomiting and me not having a change of clothes for the next 4 hours on the plane. I am sure you can all top that!! And we want to hear them! Traveling with kids is just tough. Enter your old-way-new-way.jpg
worst travel horror story in comments for a chance to win the best airplane travel companion EVER - the CARES airline seatbelt system. For me, the worst part of getting on a plane with kids is having to lug my giant Britax car seat. I bought wheels for it but hello, it does not fit through the aisle so it is impossible for me to travel alone because I am not actually as strong as Wonder Woman, even though I think I am. Say goodbye to your car seat at check in, this 1 lbs seatbelt has a 5 point harness and is just as safe (if not safer, if you are unable to install the car seat properly) as your very heavy and bulky car seat. This prize is worth $74.95. Enter your stories in comments by March 28th at 11:59pm EST. Only one entry per person and you MUST enter a travel horror story to qualify. We will select one winner at random.

Thank you to CARES for sponsoring the prize.

Levi's Organic Denim Eco Jeans

user-pic
levis_ecojeans.jpg

Everyone needs hip jeans, especially your trendy little tot. And what is more hip and trendy these days than organic denim? It is important to invest in organic cotton because it preserves the land the cotton is planted on. In order to produce certified organic cotton, the land needs to sit there for many years while the previous pesticides and chemicals are cleared away. That is why it is so expensive to buy organic fabrics. But for the price of these Levi's you are not only saving the environment, Levi's will donate a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each pair of jeans to Trust for the Public Land. How fabulous is that? These Capital E Eco Jeans are at Barneys for $148, goes from size 2-18.

Jacadi Fall Sale

user-pic

jacadi_girl.jpgjacadi_boy.jpg

Don't want to spend too much on kid's clothes but you are too much of a snob to see your kids in The Gap? Well, here is your chance to get Gap prices on fabulous French kids fashion from Jacadi, my go to place for fresh, well tailored and immaculate looks. This is your chance to stock up on next winter's coats (and everything else) at half price. For me, coats is a major purchase, I believe in nice coats for myself and I extend the sentiment for everyone in the family =) This super hip and playful cotton coat for boys is only $39 (was $78)! This is lightweight so you can keep it in your car for cool summer days and wear it into Fall (of course, always buy one size up so you can get the most wear). This Peacoat for girls is the most adorable thing I've ever seen, I want to buy it in multiple sizes so my girls can wear it their entire childhood but unfortunately the sizing only goes to 24 M. It is only $64 (was $128) and will be a staple for us as long as I can get her in it. I went haywire shopping last night, there are shirts for $15 and pants for $24. Like I said, couture for tots at Gap prices - but hurry, the sizing is limited. The sale page is a bit hard to navigate, click on the pictures on the bottom that correspond to the selection you want, baby, accessories, boy or girl.
