A friend of mine is getting her sister to make capes for her son. What can I say, tots love capes. And why wouldn’t they? The most obvious option is Halloween costumes but I really do not like the tie that goes around the neck. They are running around and playing so I don’t think I’m being paranoid about the imminent chocking hazard it presents.
