I featured Noko back in April and it has been a huge hit! But nothing gives Tot Fashion "it" status the way Suri Cruise does. She was seen at LA's shopping center, The Grove, on June 13th with Noko's Hana dress. She always looks so cute shopping with mom. The Hana dress comes in green (as seen on Suri) or Pink for $93 at Noko Baby. And in case you're wondering what the fabulous tote Katie has, it is the Valextra shopper that she is always seen with these days.
