My favorite tot shoe designer, Pediped, is now making tights! The founder and designer has two girls so I know she is always dealing with prima donna princesses who has distinct opinions about what they wear. Tights play a huge role in a princess' wardrobe, and these with the ruffle edge provide maximum frou frou. Pima cotton is thick as well as soft, so it keeps those legs warm and will stay in shape through many washes. At Pediped for $15. Comes in black, while and pink.

Everyone has Trumpette socks, which are super cute, but I always love supporting small companies run by moms turn entrepreneurs. Dolly and Dimples have unique designs that are really fun and adorable for tiny feet that aren't ready for shoes. I really hate sneakers on tiny tot feet, they are too binding and constricting and actually impedes learning to walk. The All-Star Athletics, set of 2 for $15, give you the perfect look with all the comfort. And for dresses, nothing impresses like the Shopping on the Square socks with a nice big blow, set of 3 for $21.

Here is a super amazing jacket from Dior that is completely boy-like instead of the fancy boy look that all the luxury designers do for boys. It has a removable hoodie so it is 3 looks in one and it is now on sale so it is a super great buy. This jacket is all designer with all the luxury details like the fitted silhouette with elastic waistband in the back for a tailored fit. This is a lightweight jacket (100% cotton) and with the various options, can take you through different seasons. At Children Salon for $185-240 (price dependent on size).

I am always on the hunt for cute baby gifts. Last year, I was searching online for one of my girlfriend’s new baby girl, and I stumbled upon Baby Bella. Their customer service and selection are great. I prefer to put together a collection of baby items to make the perfect gift, as opposed to one large gift or something off a baby registry, and Baby Bella makes this easy, with a large selection of adorable baby items. I also love their gift wrapping! For a small fee, you can have each gift wrapped separately, and you should definitely choose this option. A stack of meticulously wrapped gifts makes for a beautiful presentation! And the items are so cute, you'll find yourself shopping for your own children as well!
In 2004, the owners of Baby Bella opened a boutique in Fish Creek, WI, with the desire to only sell high quality children’s clothing and nursery decor. They pride themselves on their selection of fun and funky baby items. After a large response to their store, they opened the online site.
I have ordered from Baby Bella several times, and my girlfriends loved the gifts! Some of my favorites from the site are Trumpette socks, Bebe Au Lait and Baby Burpie burp cloths, Taggies, Diapering Attaches, and Robeez shoes.

Fashionable socks that stay on your newborn’s feet sound like a great idea…well, they actually exist. At first, we weren’t sure how we felt about the faux shoe sock. Wouldn’t you rather buy a stylish shoe to put on little feet? Then we tried the Trumpette socks and fell instantly in love. The Johnny’s (above), to our disbelief, stayed on our little one’s feet and were absolutely adorable. And better yet, after multiple washes, the socks didn’t shrink or fade.
The inspiration for Trumpette came when Jon Stevenson, owner and creator, adopted his son, Nick. Jon noticed a lack of baby items for boys, so he designed a onsie for his son and placed a few for sale in his men’s shop. The response was huge. He closed his store and Trumpette was born. The line doesn’t stop at boys socks. There are several designs for girls too including tights. We adore the Rosies, a Mary Jane style with sweet satin rose. You will also find shoes and clothes.
The socks come in sets of six for $24.50 and are available in baby (0-12 months) and toddler sizes. Available at Trumpette.
